After working as a management consultant within the Strategy and Regulatory practice of Deloitte Luxembourg, Nora joined Impact Amplifier, an Impact Accelerator & Advisory Firm in Cape Town, South Africa. There, her main responsibilities included Investment Management & Portfolio Management assistance, the design of a new financial and impact performance management system and the conduct of an impact assessment study for a global corporation. Since October 2020 Nora has been supporting the Strategy review project at Yunus Social Business as an independent consultant before joining the Berlin team in her current role as M&E and Project Manager. In this position she focuses on projects related to strategic initiatives, building organizational capacities and improving Impact Measurement & Management practices across the investment countries of the fund. Nora holds a Bachelor in Modern Languages and Business Management from the University of Birmingham and a Master in International Management from IESEG in Paris. Originally from Austria, she has gained extensive international experience and is now fluent in German, English, French, Russian and Spanish.
