Jaime Bastidas is Investment Associate at YSB Colombia.
At YSB, Jaime is responsible for all aspects of deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction process, and post-investment support.
He is an Industrial Engineer from the Universidad de Los Andes. Jaime has experience as an entrepreneur where he started two companies with accumulated sales over US$ 7 MM, in entrepreneurship consultant structuring and executing financial and commercial strategies. Linked with the entrepreneurial ecosystem since 2010, when he started his first entrepreneur and worked as a project officer at Endeavor Colombia. Since then, he has helped more than 200+ entrepreneurship in financial, commercial, strategy, and operations. During one year working as CFO of high growth entrepreneurship, restructuring the debt was a priority and improving the business model. Before joining YSB Colombia as Investment Associate, he was CEO of his second entrepreneurship Pescado Institucional that processes and distributes frozen fish and seafood in the B2B market.
