Gaia is the Managing Director of Yunus Social Business Colombia. Gaia makes part of the board of directors of Fundación Lúker, Enseña por Colombia and Fundación WWB Colombia.
Prior to joining YSB, Gaia was the Head of Social and Environmental Responsibility at the Colegio Anglo Colombiano. Additionally, she worked as an independent consultant for entrepreneurs and small businesses in strategy and finance. Between 2006 and 2013, Gaia was the Managing Director of Endeavor Colombia, where she positioned the organization as a leader in the high impact entrepreneurship sector in Colombia. Before joining Endeavor, Gaia worked for over 12 years at JPMorgan in New York where she started as a financial analyst in the Latam M&A department; along her stance at JPMorgan she was promoted to Vice President and was responsible for the investment bank´s business in Colombia.
